Specialized positions like supervisors or skilled trades may take 2-4 weeks. We maintain an active candidate pipeline to expedite the process and can often move faster for urgent needs.

What does your candidate screening process include?

Our comprehensive screening includes initial phone interviews, skills assessments, work history verification, reference checks, and background checks (criminal, employment, and drug screening as requested). For specialized roles like forklift operators or CDL drivers, we verify certifications and licenses. We only present candidates who meet all your specified requirements.

How much do direct-hire recruiting services cost?

Direct-hire recruiting typically involves a one-time placement fee based on a percentage of the employee's first-year salary (usually 15-25% depending on the position level).
